HAMPTON RESIDENTIAL BEACH SHACKS

Very artistic beach shack and artist studio located in Amagansett on the bay. Has access to sandy bay beach as shown. Property consists of the main house, 70's in style, which serves as a studio/archive for the estate of an artist. The Main house has a studio space, living areas, office area, gallery all as shown. Also on the property is an additional shingle style beach cottage with very eclectic and artistic lively interiors. Must indicate if this cottage is needed as well. Can be booked as exterior only or interior/exterior. Parking is limited. Permit required for beach depending on crew size and needs. Please describe intended use for beach when optioning.
